Our goal is to ensure each package arrives safely and unharmed. Each package is hand wrapped
with love & care. International shipping is available with DHL. Orders typically take 2-3 separate business days not including weekend days to be processed before shipment. The date in which you receive your order confirmation is not the date your order will ship. Once the order is processed and ready for shipment it will take 1- 14 business days not including weekend days for each package to reach its destination. Please remember all orders take a total of 14 business days not including weekend days or holidays to reach its destination. Once you order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email. Please refer to your confirmation email for tracking and delivery information. All packages are shipped through a third party such as Daily mail, mecury and DHL. Once a package has shipped Ulimusuma is no longer in control of the shipping environment, speed of shipment or the updating of your tracking. If you have a question about your tracking or shipping contact the courier for assistance. If you have placed an order during a weekend or holiday season your order could be slightly delayed.
